Robots at work.
Illustrative workcells show how industrial arms move parts, follow weld seams and build pallets.

Material handling
A six-axis arm transfers a machined housing between stations.
Keep the line
in motion.
Plan service around the robot’s condition, operating hours and your next production window.
Plan maintenance- Mechanical condition
- Gearboxes, lubrication and wear on moving assemblies.
- Electrical systems
- Controller, connectors, cable dress and fault history.
- Next service window
- Define inspection scope, parts and planned downtime.

Robotic Palletizer
Transfers cartons from a conveyor into a repeatable pallet pattern.
Prepare quote inquiry
Build the whole cell.
Bring the robot, tooling, controls and people together around the task your line needs to do.
Robotics & integration
Select a robot for your process, design the end effector and integrate the arm, fixtures and safety equipment into one cell.
Production automation
Coordinate robot motion with conveyors, sensors and machine controls. Define cycle time and acceptance criteria before commissioning.
Spare parts
Identify compatible drives, motors and mechanical components using the robot model, controller and exact part number.
Operator training
Build a training plan around safe operation, routine checks, fault recovery and the handover of cell documentation.
Maintenance & repair
Review service history and condition to plan mechanical checks, electrical inspection and the next service window.
Robots on the line.
Explore three common applications and the decisions that shape each cell.

Conveyor to pallet.
A gripper picks up the part, confirms the grip and transfers it to a defined pallet position. A sensor handshake coordinates each move with the conveyor.
From layout
to launch.
Robitofi brings industrial robotics, integration and support together in Ankara, Türkiye.
About RobitofiDiscover
Review the part, site layout, existing equipment and production target.
Design
Select the robot and tooling, then define the safety and control architecture.
Commission
Install, program and test the cell against the agreed acceptance criteria.
Hand over
Train operators and document service intervals, spares and recovery procedures.
Match the part
to the robot.
A part number, controller model and nameplate photo give you a starting point for a compatibility check.
Prepare a parts briefBefore you start
What should I know before selecting a robot?
Start with the operation, total load including tooling, pickup and drop-off locations, target cycle time and space available for the cell.
Can a robot work with an existing line?
That depends on the line controls, available space and how parts enter and leave the cell. A layout and a description of the current process are a good starting point.
What helps identify a spare part?
Include the robot and controller models, serial number and the part number. A photo of the component or nameplate helps distinguish revisions.
What does planned maintenance cover?
The scope depends on the robot and operating conditions. It can include lubrication, gearboxes, cable dress, connections and controller inspection.
